At first sight it's not promising, a grungy building badly in need of some TLC. Great location, yet the hostel was bare and lacked liveliness. In fact, it´s plan old ugly. Staff is very helpful though.

Stayed here for a while a think the staff are very helpful and nice. The dorms are quite noisy but it's cheap! No frills hostel in good location in old town.

This could be a great hostel, but has clearly been neglected for a long time. No decent space to socialize, grim rooms, unpleasant kitchen and sullen staff make it a poor choice.

I was first staying at Lunas but I decided to check out the minute the noise and party started. Then I decided to go to Hospedaje Casco Viejo where I felt safe. The bathrooms were always clean and comfortable. Amazing beds with really good vibe. It was nice and quiet, feeling like home.
