Very hospitable staff. Good rooms and great breakfast. The staff goes out of the way to help with sight-seeing arrangements or restaurant reservations, etc. Their car always picks me up and drops me at the airport promptly.

The hotel was near restaurants and a grocery store all within walking distance. Nice pool, gym, and spa. Staff were very polite and professional. Highly recommend it.

I was here for a few nights in May of 2011 and I had a great experience. The staff was helpful and it was far cleaner than the rest of the city. I did not spend a lot of time in my room as I was working or exploring the area but I do have good memories of the place.

Only one downside and probably because of Christmas period...noise from garden areas until 1.30am from live group. I went to San Salvador on a business trip and the hotel was lovely. The beds are WONDERFUL - wish I could have shipped it home! Accomodation, food and service was all excellent. Each morning the breakfast included many fresh fruits, juices, coffee and an abundance of pastries, etc. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting San Salvador.
