I stayed here with a couple of friends.We had a good idea beforehand what we were letting ourselves in for and were up for a laugh. "Fabulously ugly and cavernous" was how one guidebook had described it, and it was spot on ! It is cheap as far as Bucharest Hotels go and unless (like us) you're after a good... More
