We checked into this hotel with high hopes, since it was chosen for us by locals and it is in a great neighborhood. However, our local hosts had not seen it, and I am sure they would not have booked it if they had. The room was dark, dank, depressing, with a toilet that ran loudly all night, uncomfortable bed... The Casa Victor had both good and bad points. The best thing about it was its location. To get there take the 783 airport bus to the Arc de Triomf, cross the main road -B-dul Prezan- away from Herestrau Park, go left and walk for about 5 to 10 minutes until you reach Str.
