To be frank I have never been their customer and I do not plan to be such going any further. But their administration's attitude to clients in what regarding services: sauna, thai massage, etc. is simply terrible. I stayed 2 days here and i really liked. Staff are very nice and smiley. Room service was wonderful. Location isn't in center but quiet and have amazing garden. i like all food. Thanks all the stuff... They're also very beautiful ;)

I've been to Chisinau many times over the years. Stayed in various hotels such as Leogrand, Vis-Vas, Jolly Alon, Jumbo.......... However I was never really impressed by any of these hotels other than the expensive room prices or second grade services. Value for money does not exist with these hotels. Place is definitely special, rooms are big and comfy, clean and stylish, free wifi and good speed, ah if you forgot your lap top they have one computer on each floor. Restaurant is pretty exotic for this city Thai food which is good but if you stayed in Thailand not best :) Spa is great didn't had chance to use... More

New hotel, friendly staff that speaks English and Hebrew (what made me feel like at home). Good food and great sauna. They promised next time Thai massage, so I'll return to check.
