The room was DIRTY! The guy at the front desk only wanted to steer us to a restaurant that obviously gave him a kick-back. He practically insisted on personally leading us there by the nose. The lobby was depressing. The street noise in our front room was enough to wake the dead. It wasn't particularly cheap.

This hotel should not be classed as a 3-star. At best, 2 stars. On arrival, given a smoking room, and when requesting a non-smoking, was told that 'all rooms are smoking and it's not in our control who smokes and who doesn't". Located in a nice area just a few minutes on foot from the main square. Hotel itself a bit old fashioned but that adds to it's charm. The breakfast included was a simple continental type but perfectly good. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Would stay here again.

This 3*-Hotel in the very middle of Zagreb has very friendly and helpful staff, from reception to room service to kitchen service. The breakfast is simple but okay, Wifi works although the mask which is shown after using the browser is not the expected one which is a little confusing, but it definately works.

Rooms and bathroom are small. Parking is not free and depends on space. Nice staff. This is a quite old hotel that certanly needs renovation.
