Stayed there last night. No warm water, only cold. It hapoend also 4 yaears ago. I felt like i was on camping in the wood and not in 4 stars hotel that is overpriced (250 usd/ night) Shame on you hotel panirama!!!!

No hot water!! The one desk clerk said she will attend to it - Next day another clerk said the hotel has a problem. He is the one to believe.
Wifi - only in the lobby! Cable in room doesn't connect to your smartphone or your tablet.

The staff is extremely friendly, easy rezervations and fast check-in/check out, the hotel tidy and the new TV-s are definitely a step up. It's nice to have the staff recognize you the second you walk into the lobby. All-in-all, a great stay.
