Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

All good since the communication with management you will receive all info by mail, clean room with kitchen corner, bathroom small but enough for service, room set up every two days. In conclusion best value for price.

The hotel is a few minutes walk to the local tram stop, which in itself is only a few minutes ride from the main city centre. The hotel also has limited off-street parking which they kindly reserved for me in advance. My room was clean and quiet, with ensuite bathroom. Breakfast was extra, but as there are so many really good bakeries nearby, I was happy to eat out in the morning. My room also had a kitchenette. Only negative comment is paying in cash, not card, which is never convenient these days. Also, you can only do your ironing in the lobby, as they once had a problem with a hot iron left on in a room! I would have no problem staying here again in future.

Stayed in Villa Antunovac two separate nights in different rooms. Both rooms were spacious, clean, cosy and equipped with good ac. The ownee, Igor, is a really helpful and nice man who made us feel at home! I also recommend asking a car rental from the Villa Antunovac instead of going to some overpriced multinational company such as Oryx etc. Igor arranged our rental from a local place called Allegra car rental. It was not only the cheapest option but also by far the easiest way for us. They brought the car for us and didn't even add any fee for being a young driver, as every other company does!

I must say that I was very positively impressed when seeing the rooms. The hotel has private parking spots for about 6 cars. The host was very friendly and spoke good English (his name was Igor). He informed us about the rooms and about breakfast (€5 per person) Igor even helped carry the bags upstairs to the rooms. The rooms are very clean and towels are present. Great 2.00 metre bed for our tall Dutch bodies. Overall we had a great experience here.

For a group this was ideal. Self catering possible (especially breakfasts) in apartments allows variety and budgeting. Good location - half hour along one straight, main road, to city centre. Spar shop nearby. Clean and comfortable. Especially good reception staff who were extremely helpful during a pre-visit in January and then in all aspects of Summer group visit. Facility to have team kit washed and dried was also appreciated. For what it is, the hotel is cost effective and would recommend.

Clean room, nice kitchen, clean toilets. Quiet place to rest. The staff is pleasant and attentive. Near the town center, about 25 minutes walking, 10 minutes with tram. My recommendations to take place in Zagreb

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Mini kitchen was nice. There was a tram stop close to hotel and it was easy to go city center and night time we used a taxi (not expencive in Zagreb). Our room had very... effective AC and during the night it was a bit too could.

Nice accommodation without any surpluses. Room was clean and comfortable, but a little bit to small. There is also a mini kitchen in the room. Staff was very kind and helpful. Definitely worth the money. It's a little bit to far from the city center (30min walking distance), but there is a tram station 2-3min walking from the hotel (tram No 6 and 11). Industrial surroundings could be a little annoying when came out of the hotel. Parking is in front of the hotel.

The young man at reception was very nice and extremely helpful, the hotel was very clean and also very nice. The room was spacious and overall had a pleasant stay. A little far to walk to the centre but fine if you want to take public transport.
