“Great stay”

Loved this hotel, bed was firm (I like that) and very comfortable. Room was quiet if a little small. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was great for our purpose to stay close to family, but also with convenient public transportation and a shopping mall. Breakfast was plenty and varied. We're coming back in a few weeks :)

I considered giving the hotel a 4, rather than a 5, for cleanliness because there was a small amount of mildew around the outside of the shower stall. Friendly staff, very clean and modern style rooms.Good breakfast. Location is reasonable walking distance of main tourist attractions. There is an underground tube station near in case you prefer using it and buses as well. I'm going around by foot as I find it easy to locate myself and not getting lost. Good value hotel!!!

All the staff were very friendly and helpful .The rooms were clean and comfortable.Location is great 2 min.from metro station and shopping mall,also the city centre is close for walk(10-15 min).I enjoyed the breakfast. Safe area !.Great value for the money.!

Best value for money, professional english speaking staff, underground parking, 3 min. walking from shopping center and Metro Station, nice breakfast, safe area with great restaurant Dom Domam near by. Ideal for a relaxing weekend in Sofia.

Good value hotel. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Really enjoyed the breakfasts and guests were never hurried if you arrived a little after the breakfast deadline. “Great value for money”

Standard room was rather small. However, we got a very good price from booking.com and the hotel has a great location, walking distance to the Palace of culture and one of the shopping malls. Go to Sinatra piano bar (5 min walk) - great music and singing waiters :)

“Nice hotel”

Nice and modern hotel.Large,comfortable rooms, free internet.Good location.The breakfast is very good.I would recommend this hotel and go back to it again.If you have to visit Sofia, I definitely recommend this hotel, all staff were very well trained and spoke excellent english and could not be more helpful.

“Good price, kind staff, clean room”

Good location, close to the public transportation and shopping centre, 20 min walk to the centre, The room was clean spacious, adequate heating and spacious bathroom. All the necessary things in the room. Breakfast was not up to expection and only 5-6 tables at breakfast hall. No parking places, extra cost for underground parking (6 euros per night).
