Unfortunately, it's not possible to score zero. I left the hotel the same minute I saw the horrible room. There was everythig at least 20 years old in the room. The furniture was broken, the door couldn't be closed properly, the bathroom was rusty, it smell very strange... I left for Radisson, which is only 2 blocks far from there;...
