The hotel is by the park and walking distance from many of the sites. It has a parking garage. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Being guest of the Crystal Palace different times at this hotel while traveling to Bulgaria for business reasons. The staff is very welcoming, friendly and courteous, always ready to help and to support to requests. The hotel has a good wellness area to relax after work. I recommend the hotel and also the internal restaurant (room service).

This was a clean hotel with an average breakfast facility. We were traveling with a group so we ok with the location which is walking distance to the city center. Nice to have a internet connection in the room.

Fast Internet. Food 24/7. Decent restaurents and cafe's close by. Big rooms - almost US size. Not sure about parking facility etc. Staff was service minded and friendly. Restaurant was actually quite nice.

Right there in the center of the down, just 2 minutes from the dead-end center/ St.Sofia statue. Very pleasant stuff, room very clean and equipped. Breakfast- best buffet I ever had.
