The lobby is nice, but on closer examination the entire place is about 5 years too late for a paint job. There were a number of maintenance problems, including no heat in the suite (I had the Presidential Suite) I had 1000 leva (500 euro) stolen from my baggage in the room by either housekeeping or maintenance.
Stopped for one night in March. Nice and clean. The room service was incredible - heaps of food for very little expense. Staff helpful and friendly. Can recommend this for a stop gap while travelling around Bulgaria.
