A venue that simply exceeds expectations ! From the efficient and friendly welcome at reception to the quality of the food and the presentation of rooms and public areas . I have no hesitation recommending this hotel.

From the time you walk through the doors the staff are polite and very helpful .. Food is soo tasty and fast friendly service too .. Lovely Hotel ...cant fault anything about it !! Will be back for sure !!!

Friendly and helpful stuff. Good location near to the main sights in Sofia. Good connection to the airport. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. The hotel restaurant is surprisingly good. Restaurant offered good meal for good value, for hotel guests with 10% price off. Transfer to airport was expensive at 10 Euros each.
