The staff were helpful. The transfer to and from the airport were on time and comfortable. Good location butt not in center for lees than 5€ the taxi bring you to the center. The rooms are huge. Very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfest was a little poor,but it was ok. The parking area is difficult.

Very Nice place to stay if you are looking for a relaxing stay in Sofia. Not very close to downtown though. Excellent dining. The neighborhood is very nice by local standards.

It was my first accommodation in this hotel and i was really satisfied. Value for money. Very clean and the employees are willing any time to serve or assist the guests. Securite parking. The hotel was new so every aspect of the building was excellent. The hotel is situated in a quiet area with a beautiful view, a very kind person. The only blemish is that if you order food in the room you risk not getting what you ordered. If you are sensitive to cold should assist you sure you reach the room air conditioner to stop because it is given to maximum

Beautiful hotel, very clean. The rooms are huge. Big heated pool and nice SPA facilities, friendly staff. Located in a very noce position, just 10 minutes from Sofia cente, which can be easly reached by bus (also taxi is cheap). Great value for money. Hotel bus avaliable from/to the airport, on request.
