The hotel is situated far from the center. If you have a car its ok, otherwise you will be ripped by the greedy taxi drivers. The pillows were not clean.

We stayed at this hotel for one night before we continued to Bansko, so it was important for us to be close to the central bus station. The hotel is very clean and cozy, within a walking distance from the center of Sofia. The breakfast buffet is very good.

You'll find in my reviews that I pick hotels that are halfway between the train station and the city centre. Stayed there in March 2012 for 2 nights. Room was nice and clean but street facing, so tramway noises were quite strong. Staff are very nice, breakfast is very good, room service was quickly brought. Wireless access is free and fast, room price was 70 euros for the night. Location is not very pretty but close to train/ bus station
