I stayed at hotel 3 days and it was very good, rooms are clean and nice but the food is bad and restaurant staff is slow. I waited at cafe next to the reception 30 minutes for one coffe.. Overall good hotel with slow staff.

If you drive to Sarajevo it will be hard to find the hotel, since it's address is not registered in GPS and there is no public sign or ads at all next the main road. Stayed here for 10 nights. Staff was friendly, the hotel was clean and we had new towels every day. The included breakfast was good and the buffet at night were great. In the reception the staff helped with exchanging money, calling cabs and gave information about tours. Would be happy to stay here again.

First I booked room & than I sow bad reviews. I was dubious until I came in hotel. I was pleasantly surprised. Clean, spacious room & really clean bathroom. It is outside city center, but taxi is 13 KM (cca 7-8 euros). Near hotel are sulphur-baths but I did not mind about smell. It is not intense.
