Hotel Luna is really great. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. The rooms are excelent and with a nice breakfast. The location is the best, right where the action of Tirana is. Just make sure you don't get a room facing the school yard on the back of the Hotel if you want to sleep in the morning. because... More
