This hotel was clean and comfortable. We only stayed overnight as had an early flight out next morning. We found out room was a fair way away from main reception even though the hotel didnt seem to have a lot of guests. The bathroom door didnt stay closed. We ate in the restaurant there and the food was good.

The only thing going for this hotel is its friendly staff ,the hotel needs a massive makeover.My advice to the Talei restaurant staff is to cover the breakfast as this being picked by the Mynah birds at leisure and the staff did not care .This put me off from having breakfast there after watching the birds having breakfast us. .... Location, services and staff great. Restaurant and Brekky was good as well. Room bathroom is a little tired. Improvement - Ground floor rooms should have minimum gap between door and floor so mouse & toads from the garden don't come in.

We stayed here twice recently - once when we arrived in Fiji (3 nights) and one night before flying home. The rooms are rather obviously old - cracked tools on the rooms and bathtub etc. but nicely furnished. There was a lot of construction going on in other wings did to work damage. Novotel Nadi is a great base ,if you like to get out & see things ,the beds are great the meals are good and a good price, they have free golf on an average golf course. The staff are friendly & the tour desk has everything .

It is obvious this Hotel has not kept the standard of the past. Rooms were not as clean as I am used to. The restaurant food was not up to standard and the waiting time was not acceptable. I had 4 others with me and was somewhat embarrassed to have recommended it so highly. Staff were very friendly and obliging.

The room facilities were a little old. The services provided by the staffs and the restaurant were quite time consuming, due to the famous "Fiji Time". Especially when waiting for our ordered food, it took much longer time than we expected.
