We only stayed for 2 nights as this was the end of our 2 week trip but the attention to detail was second to none - from the fresh complimentary breakfast on arrival. to the beautiful flowers on the bed, the helpful medical advice when i got an ear infection, to bringing in when it showered! only seconds walk to... We stayed at Cooks Oasis before meeting up with family who had booked us into alternative accommodation with them. Our hosts at Cooks Oasis were very friendly, hospitable and generous and consequently we would happily stay there again. The inside of our studio was pleasant with a wonderful large comfortable bed, though the outside of our room was overhung by... More

Our time at Cooks Oasis was great and met all our expectations, maybe even more! The beach is great for snorkelling (even though some reviews point out the amount of rocks) and offers amazing sunsets every day. They also offer free snorkelling gear which is very useful. Christine and Kiel are the best host ever: they provide very acurate information... More

Lovely accommodation, comfortable, clean and well-equipped -- close to airport. Great base to explore Rarotonga (and you can be anywhere on the island within half an hour thanks to the efficient "clockwise" and "anti-clockwise" bus service that stops every hour just outside) Christine and Kiel wonderful hosts! We really enjoyed our week at the Cooks Oasis. It is a small boutique 'resort' with several individual units/villas set in very compact nicely-planted grounds. Christine and Kiel were wonderful hosts who gave us good sensible info about Rarotonga and the eating options/activities available. The cost is great value for money and we didn't miss a big pool and bar... More

We really enjoyed our stay at the Cooks Oasis. Eric & Roselle were fantastic hosts. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and ensure we have a great holiday. Both of them have given us great information about the island and things to do. Our villa was beautifully decorated, had a little kitchenette and optional air... More

Chris and Kyle are friendly and helpful, the villa was quiet and a short walk to the beach however the beach is not that great with rocks and stones everywhere and the sea here is not the perfect beach/sea you have down at Muri and as such it is somewhat disappointing. There is also only air conditioning if you pay... More

Kia Orana Dysonsphere, In response to your feedback. We are sorry that your recent stay didn't meet your expectations. The beach is very variable in regard to the amount of sand/coral on it at any one time depending on the sea conditions. Muri is another nice part of the island however we would like to point out that here on... More

Christine and Kiel were fantastic hosts. They went out of their way to be helpful. They made our holiday stress free by arranging all our tours and a rental car. Nothing was to much hassle for them to arrange. The Villas were set amongst beautiful tropical gardens in a peaceful location, with just a very short stroll to the lovely... More

As The Cooks Oasis is situated on the western side of the Island, good sunsets are pretty much guarenteed. The villas are situated down a drive off the main road, about two properties back from the beachfront but with easy acess down to the beach. The beach gives goood swiming and some surprisingly good snorkelling. Snorkelling equipment along with good... More

Our hosts were a young couple with a lovely young family, and they were very helpful with all our needs. The rooms are spacious and very clean, the welcome pack was really welcome when we arrived about 01h00 in the morning! We booked ahead for the air conditioner, but it did struggle a bit to keep the room cool enough... More
