The hotel is nice and very well located. The room was clean and well equipped with a King size bed. We got a room with a very nice view. Unfortunately the guests have to pay to get unlimited internet access. The staff is good, but we had to carry our luggage to the room.

Don't expect to have a Sheraton service, you get what you pay for. Four Points Montevideo is situated in a very nice neighborhood close to many attractions and restaurants. The internet service is awful and I had several trouble with room services.

Stayed 1 night with a baby. Service was good, the staff in reception speaks well English.helped arrange transport to airport.
