This is a first-class hotel hidden with beautifully-landscaped private grounds in a quiet rural location. The rooms are large, bright, clean, nicely-decorated with large windows and a large sitting area. The hotel lobby is very inviting with lots of comfortable sofas and huge windows. The dining room is equally impressive, both in decor and food and service. Very impressive!!
Located 3800m above sea level and offering great views of the Andes from every room, Casa Andina in Urubamba is a great place to stay. The garden was beautifully landscaped. The chalet style rooms were spacious & clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive. We had a day trip to Maras, Moray and Ollantaytambo from here.

We've done a fair amount of traveling over quite a few years. But when we arrived at this hotel, we both commented that this was one of the prettiest places we'd ever seen. Very unexpected -- you go up a dusty road in a tiny town, and you come upon this absolutely beautiful place. The food was excellent. All amenities...

So plenty of room to spread out, the master bathroom was WOW: so much space & both bathrooms had outside showers against the back drop...

We had a wonderful stay. The food was great and the surroundings are beautiful. The bartender was friendly and let us practice our Spanish with him without any laughter! We were sorry that we had not chosen the other Casa Andinas for our trip.
We were enthusiastically looking forward to staying at this supposedly luxury hotel. However upon arrival we realised that the price and the quality didn't really match.
To start with, the rooms are sub-standed and clearly past their use-by date. The bath was clogged and the room looked tired.
The staff are not that welcoming with service significantly below the quality...

I spent one night at this lovely place. It is isolated but the beautiful view was definitely worth the two hour drive from Cusco. We had a ground floor double bed room. It was very large & spotlessly clean. They can provide oxygen if needed (we needed 20 min. at bedtime). There are stairs to the second story. However, the...
