When we got to Lizzy Wasi we couldn't believe we would only be there for one night. The place is so beautiful and relaxing, we wanted to stay for an entire week (but we couldn't since we had a planned itinerary already). Everything there is absolutely perfect: from the rooms, to the garden, to the lounge chairs, to the breakfast,... More

I've never had such a wonderful experience at a bed & breakfast before. The rooms are incredibly clean and comfortable, the breakfast is delicious (as are her homemade meals & pisco sours), and all in all, we felt right at home. Lizzy was so kind, generous, and warm, it was genuinely sad when it was time to leave! She went... More

We were planning to stay 2 nights at Lizzy Wasi but due to plane difficulties getting to Cusco we were only able to stay 1 night. We sure wish we were able to stay longer. The hotel is a hidden gem. It has a gorgeous courtyard and garden and the room we stayed in was very nice. Elizabeth was awesome.... More

We stayed at Lizzie Wasi after our four day Inca trek and Lizzie was so accommodating and welcoming! The place is tucked away in its own secret world and as soon as you walk in, you feel right at home. The space is beautiful, filled with flowers, pear trees, and mountains in the background. Lizzie was helpful in giving us... More

I contacted Lizzy before my trip to urubamba and even though I could not stay with her she kept in touch with me . She took great care to suggest illarimuy as an alternate place to stay. Lizzy encouraged me to do the local tours and liiarimuy owner Rubens arranged the tours. Lizzy is amazing and we did go over... More

Hotel Lizzy Wasi was such an amazing place to stay on our journey to Machu Picchu. The owner, Liz, was the best hostess and made us feel right at home. Unfortunately, I lost my passport, and she helped me call the airport, taxi and airline, and figure out the next steps into getting a new one. There is no way... More

When I walked through the gate, I was amazed at the paradise I just stepped into! Lizzy was such a gracious host! The grounds were beautiful and the rooms were picturesque. I plan to go back someday, hopefully soon!

I rarely look forward to doing a review and equally have no idea where to start. My TA name is a good description of me so this was an unusual choice. (had a few in south america) This is a wonderful property but the biggest asset is the owner Liz. I won't go on about the hotel itself but you... More
