Street side rooms VERY noisy. Internet slow and sporadic. Gym open only from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. (and not even then).

Not bad. There's no casino, but the location is good and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are big, as there is a sitting / bar area and a separate bedroom. If you're on the street side, it can be quite noisy from the traffic and buses. Honking of horns is a national passion it seems.
