This hotel was spotless. Room was very clean. Nice bed. Hotel employees were very kind and helped in every way. Breakfast was delicious . I would stay here again. Hotel upgraded us to a junior suite upon arrival.we were so glad we stayed here.other hotels would not have treated us as well

This is not a good hotel. The reason is simple: they cater to a captive business market, therefore EVERYTHING is average: Room: decor is poor, carpet is dirty and everything looks worn down and use to destruction. This was a great place to stay in Lima. The staff was exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect and in a very safe part of the city. I loved the restaurant and that they have room service 24 hrs a day.

There are no cons to this hotel; it has a great location, it offers really great rates and the rooms and bathrooms are clean and nice. Staff is super nice. Good breakfast buffet and a great terrace for drinks. Free wifi in the lobby and rooms. Definitely a great option in Lima
