My husband and I were booked in the Casa Andina on our tour in and out of Peru. On our first stay we were given a room that smelled and almost every piece of furniture was broken. I went down to the front desk and told the clerk, I wanted a different room. My husband and I were shown another... More

Restrooms were bad - Damp, and smelt bad. Front desk service poor - We had a taxi scheduled for pickup at 5 PM for our flight back but no response. Also difficult to flag a taxi on the street with all our luggage. Bad experience. Storage of our luggage was handled badly - souvenir bag was kept on bottom despite... More

The hotel was nice, especially for the price while staying in such an expensive area. It was close to Larco and had very friendly service. Only main complaint was while we were there was during construction of the building beside it (i think), therefore there was no sleeping in, as of 7am, the construction was loud and constant. Good breakfast,... More

We went for spring break with our two daughters, and stayed at the hotel. For being the first time in Lima, we were very pleased from the moment the hotel driver picked us up from the airport to the time we left. The staff was great, and went over and above to accomodate our requets. The location in Lima is... More

I decided to travel to Peru for Spring Break and I had heard good reviews about Casa Andina, but it was so much better than anything I heard. Fantastic location and great service, what more can you ask for?

The staff was pleasant, but it was not a very well-run place. My other Peru hotels were all 3 stars, and all were better. By some rankings, this got 4; I have no idea how. The room was dark. As the only window faced the courtyard and other guests walked right by, for privacy one had to keep the drapes... More

Friendly staff at reception are all helpful. They speak good English too. Our room had one window, but facing to the stairs - so everybody using stairs could see you. Voices and sounds in the courtyard area echoes in the whole hotel, so it can be very noisy - though there was a sign to be quiet. Not everyone was... More
