This is NOT a luxury lodge. Go for the Upper Amazon experience but expect very basic accommodation and very ordinary food. Our room had no cupboards or drawers and a very basic shower only. Stayed as part of Captain's Choice Luxury South American Tour and therefore expected a lot better. T&M

Comfortable fairly basic facilities, but everything needs to be brought up the river from Iquitos...more than 1 hours boat trip away. Go on the dawn Bird watch, trips to fish for Piranha, spot pink, yes- pink Dolphins, seek out native villages.
