The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the staff also friendly and helpful. The restaurant provides and extensive buffet breakfast and also provides a dinner menu with plenty of variety for exhausted travellers who don't want to go out again for dinner. Eco Inn is conveniently located in Cuzco away from the noisier areas of the city. The hotel was new and modern and very well maintained. The rooms were nice, large, clean and private. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. The included breakfast was good and varied.

Our travel agent booked us into a medium grade hotel. But I would rate this is an upscale hotel. The staff were very friendly. They always opened the front doors fr us and other guests. The hotel is clean, the lobby is nice and has coca tea available.
