We stayed here for two nights as part of a Cusco/Machu Picchu package tour. Nice place, comfortable. As someone said, a little dated, but not in an unpleasant way. Staff was helpful and courteous. Plenty of computers for internet. Good breakfast. Location was OK. A little walk to the center but certainly manageable once you're used to the altitude!

Decent hotel, a bit dated on the inside but everything worked well. Really good shower and decent bathroom, massive room with TV and loads of channels and the staff are very nice and helpful.
