We (family of 4) had prepaid 2 nights here as part of a package. They couldn't accommodate us aside from 2 rooms with 2 twin beds each, despite making reservations months in advance and traveling in the low season. That was a very expensive option. When our flight to Cusco was cancelled we immediately had a friend call the hotel... More

Excellent location just off the main square right next to all the action in Cusco. Very well presented, freindly and efficient staff, comfortable rooms and a nice breakfast. More

Anything that can be said about is already said; perfect location, staff and facilities. I must add that Cesar at the reception was far beyond helpful . I think he has a capability of reading through his clients eyes and understand their necessities... All the staff including the workmen repairing the hotel was truly kind and welcoming but Cesar is... More

We stayed here for 4-nights on our 11-day Peruvian trip. Casa Andina was clean, the customer service was great, and the breakfast was very good. The location of Casa Andina Catedral is right off of Plaza de Armas, perfect for sightseeing and shopping. We used Casa Andina as a base for acclimating and in between hiking the Inca Trail and... Located right on the main square, Casa Andina Classic is central to everything - top restaurants, genuine alpaca shops, and the funky San Blas neighborhood is just a couple blocks up the hill. One issue - being on the square puts you in the shadow of the Cathedral, from which five minutes of bells peal at 4:40 AM daily. No... More

Dear Guest, Thank you very much for the time you set aside to share your experience with us. Certainly, Casa Andina Catedral is about as close as you can get to Cusco´s cathedral & beautiful Plaza de Armas without actually being on the busy square. We should mention that showerheads have been changed to optimize the use of water while... More

Good comfortable hotel. Stayed 3 nights. Very close to shops and restaurants. Good internet. I would stay there again. As mentioned by someone previously there is no elevator and it is 3 floors (and we were on the third). The altitude does affect you and so we would get tired climing the stairs but it was not a big issue.... More

This hotel is located very next to Plaza de Armas. The staffs were nice, confortable rooms and breakfast was very tasty (specially fruit salada). There were great restaurants around as well. The only problem was that there were not elevator at hotel and it was very hard to reach even for 3rd floor because of altitude of the city. More

Stayed a total of 4 nights here. Great location, practically next door to the plaza des armas with loads of restaurants and sights close by. The staff were very helpful and courteous. Only downside was the rather poor noise insulation, especially in the rooms facing the street. The staff were helpful when we requested a change and moved us to... More

We book this hotel over a month in advance on expedia. When we arrived at the hotel they told us that we had made a mistake, they said we had actually booked a different hotel. We showed them our reservation to confirm that it was the hotel we booked. They then told us that the hotel was fully booked, and... More

Dear Guest, Please accept our most sincere apologies for the uncomfortable situation experienced at Casa Andina. Despite having confirmed a room in our Classic Catedral, our system failed to save your personal information and request. We had to confirm your reservation at Classic San Blas because there were no rooms left in Classic Catedral. We should mention that we usually... More

Great location, definitely we will be going back. Stayed for a good 9 to 10 days. Waited a week before going to ruins due to my heart condition. The Coca tea layed on helped me overcome the climate change. My wife is Peruvian and we are considering to move to Cusco in time. Nice pubs and food. Pestered a bit... More
