I had the good fortune to stay here in April 2012 and used it as a base camp for my Inca Trail trek. It is a beautiful little understated well hidden hotel, walking two minutes up a small side street from the main square called the Calle Pumacurcoyou will find it on th eright hand side. As you walk through... More

Upon arriving, we were impressed with how comfortable the center courtyard felt. The rooms were spacious, beds comfortable and clean. We stayed twice at this hotel, totaling 3 nights. The first 2 nights, there was plenty of hot water, but the last night (different room), the hot water ran out after one shower. Our room had an advertisement that hotel... More

We stayed twice at this hotel for a total of 3 nights during a 10 day trip in April 2012. It was charming and had a wonderful family owned feel about it. The location was ideal - 5 minutes walk from the main square. The rooms were quaint and the beds so comfortable. I loved the opera singers at dinner... More

i've been at Arqueologo Cuzco Hotel in february 2012. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The service was simple but very good. One of the attendants, managed to organize a tour to Valle Sagrado and Macchu Picchiu to the following day, even with climatic problems with the train transportation, and everything worked fine. It's a very good hotel and... More

We stayed 3 nights and don't have one complaint. The location was fantastic, the rooms charming and clean and the staff was top notch. The breakfast was lovely and included made to order eggs which we enjoyed. The internet connection was reliable and did not feel unsafe walking in the neighborhood after sunset. Highly recommend!

The location is great, only a 5 minute walk to the Plaza de Armas if even that. It is in a nice neighborhood and we never felt unsafe walking the streets, not even late at night. The fact that we traveled in the rainy season ( low tourism) perhaps is the reason why service was extremely low key. ACTUALLY THAT... More

Really cute fit out, comfy beds, nice linen, good location and quiet and fine for a place to crash for a couple of days but it's not a great experience overall.
