We were disappointed in this hotel and wished we had stayed elsewhere in Cusco. The rooms and furnishings are tired and old. The mattresses are below average. The pillows are poor quality. The employees are doing their best to offer a good service, but if you don't like old style, heavy dark carpets and complicated/old style, stay away.
