We got a room in the 3rd floor with natural lighting. This was a great room to stay in. The service is a little bit slow, but in general the hotel was a good place to stay in. The rooms were clean, lighting was good and comfortable. The breakfast was also quite good, and the common areas are very nice... More

We stayed here for three nights total. One night and then we went to Machu Picchu and then returned for two nights. Let me tell you, I did not want to return after the first night but the hotel we wanted was booked. The rooms are noisy wherever you go and whichever floor. You can hear everything going on outside... More

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel and would have made it 3 but we changed our minds on our last day too late to extend our stay there and ended up one night at another perfectly nice little place just down the street (see my separate review of Hotel Ruinas). This hotel was a breath of fresh air. We... More

I stayed 3 nights at this hotel and it was a terrible experience for me, for the following reasons: 1. They did not have my room ready, altough I asked for an early check-in. 2. The room were VERY noisy even when I asked for a quiet room and I was put in the 4th floor, I DONT RECOMMEND rooms... More

Stayed there 4 nights and it was perfect. Quit, nice rooms with antique wall structures, veranda on the last floor and a very nice quality breakfast in the morning.... very happy with our choice. Only negative was that the room at the first check-in was not 100percent cleaned, however it was quickly solved after our claim at the reception :-)

Stayed at Siete Ventanas for two nights, a week apart before and after completing the Inca Trail. The hotel is not outstanding, however it's very clean and the service is excellent, making for a great overall experience. Trouble was taken to help with luggage from another hotel, advise on places to visit was given, the front desk walked me at... More

A great choice for sightseeing. Extremely clean property and the buffet breakfast was the best out of the 5 Peruvian hotels we stayed in during an Out Adventures tour. Complimentary internet, very accommodating for hikers, complimentary teas available 24 hours a day.

the rooms are ok and clean, so is the bathroom, the breakfast is great. the Big problem is the unfriendly, slow, and unhelpful service. I had serious problems there, I left my debit card when checking out, they had my cellphone number and knew what flight I was taking, and didn't even bother to try and call or send someone... More

I am confused as to why this hotel appears in the B&B section. It is an impersonal large hotel. The location is good and the room was Ok but the service was poor. When we went down to breakfast on our first morning there was little left. We ate what we could, having to keep knocking on the kitchen door... More

I had been living in Cusco and booked this hotel for my parents when they came to visit. My mom is a clean freak, so that was of primary importance. This place was spotless. It seemed like every time we came or went someone was cleaning something. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and also speak English very well.... More
