We spent 4 days at La Morada before hiking the Inca Trail, and 2 more days when we returned. We came to think of La Morada as "our" apt. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and modern. The staff are very nice and helpful. Breakfast on the patio is charming. There is a bit of an uphill climb from the... More

Incredible little hotel located in the San Blas neighborhood of Cusco. Our room for three people had three floors, including a full kitchen, living room area, and two bedrooms. Full breakfast was served in our room (or on the balcony if we liked) and there was free flow of coca tea all day. The hotel seemed very new and our... More

Cusco has lots and lots of hotels, Im super glad we found this one. We first stayed here before going to Machu Picchu and then also on the way back. The "rooms" are in two storeys, with a small kitchen and bathroom on the bottom flor and the bed room on the top. This means the actual bedroom is quite... More

We are a family of 4. When we arrive at La Morada Suites we had just left a wonderful hotel in Ollantaytambo. After our drive up to Cusco, hiking up the stairs and walkway to La Morada Suites we were pleasantly surprised. This place is awesome. The contact by email prior to arrival had been so welcoming and friendly and... More

The hotel is a lovely property with well appointed suites; the location is great although there is a block or two where is extremely steep; the friendliness and service of the staff make up for it! The staff is exremely friendly, accommodating and make every effort to ensure you feel welcomed. The views are fantastic and quiet enough from all... More

I was spending 5 weeks in Cuzco in June-July 2012 while leading a summer architecture program. La Morada was my home away from home during that time, and I couldn't have been happier with my stay. The staff was professional and friendly, the in-room breakfast perfect for a leisurely morning, and their attention to detail was extraordinary. Most important, evenings... More

Hotel is situated up a very very steep path. On the day of our arrival the roads were blocked and so the shuttle taxi dropped us at the bottom of a hideous flight of stairs with our heavy luggage. On reaching the top I had a severe attack of breathlessness due to the combination of altitude and the lifting of... More

La Morada was a beautiful place to stay on either side of the Salkantay Trek to Macchu Picchu. The kind staff did their best to make our stay comfortable. They were able to organise same day washing (on a Sunday) for us, arrange a lovely breakfast delivered to our room and I really appreciated the space of having a well... More

We loved our stay in the family room with our 2 teenage kids. The 3 levels suited us well but others not so agile may find it challenging especially if requiring the bathroom during the night. Staff, breakfast & facilities were all great & we would recommend. All very new & pristine. The walk to the centre was enjoyable for... More

We travelled to cusco with our 3 children 10, 10&7 and stayed at la Morada. The apartment was perfect. Great breakfast, wonderful views over Cusco. Free wifi and the staff were lovely. The San Blas area is lovely and it is an easy walk down the hill to lots of restaurants and markets
