The hotel's location is reasonably good with a confortable and cosy environment. The staff is professional, friendly and considerate. The free shuttle to receive hotel guests at Cusco airport added value to the stay.

I chose this hotel based on reviews on tripadvisor, and it certainly was accurate. The rooms were very clean and updated. Staff was very helpful and courteous. The hotel is near the Plaza de Armas, just a short walk uphill.

First and foremost, the showers were amazing! Very nice after returning from machu picchu. Lovely, spacious rooms with all the amenities? Helpful staff, beautiful little courtyard to sit out and read and very nice and helpful staff who assisted in restaurant reservations. Would go back in a second!
