The staff at this property was very nice and efficient, but lacked the warmth of other properties in Peru. The location is perfect, but Cusco is small and compact. It's hard not to have a good location. The rooms are the problem in this hotel... This is a remodeled old property with charming decor, but many of the rooms face... More

Spent two days in this hotel and enjoyed the stay. Convenient to various sites in the City. Enjoyed the room but had some difficulty with the shower in the bathroom.

Check what room you are getting. Some rooms have no windows to outside and are cave like. Rooms are comfortable and well-equipped. Internet connection worked easily. Breakfast buffet was not ready at 5:00 a.m. as posted; made it hard to get something to eat and still be ready for a 5:30 departure. Consider ordering room service if you have to... More

Dear Sir, Thank you for taking the time to write a comment about our hotel and the positive comment on the wireless internet speed. We understand that is something our guests require and provide it free of charge accordingly. We apologise for the delay in the breakfast service, indeed there was a 15-minute delay and the service staff has been... More

Worst 5 stars ever stayed. Location is good but Cusco is very small Old palace (like most of the Hotels) Almost all the bedrooms and social areas have no window (so they tell you it is better and you have a small machine in the bedroom that give you oxygen)... Bedroom is very small, food is not very good, lots... More

I had a 5 day stay in this hotel. The rooms were nicely decorated with enough room and closet space for the two of us. The bathroom was nice, but really tricky to figure out the shower controls. Our room had a tub shower with enclosed doors and the water for the shower came out of the wall and the... More

We stayed at the Aranwa Botique Hotel on the 19th and 20th and again on the 23rd of April upon our return from Machu Picchu. The front desk personel were extremely polite and helpful. The room was a tad small, but the bathroom was one of the best we've ever experienced in a hotel but nicely decorated. We took advantage... More

This is a lovely hotel in Cusco well located near the major plazas. A very good restaurant, ChiCha, was just around the corner. The numerous works of art in the common areas are terrific. The piped oxygen may have been beneficial because we suffered no altitude sickness problems although we had already been at a high level for 3 days... More

Let me start by saying that the staff (except for front desk and particularly the non existent manager) were great. We arrived exhausted and our fault for not complaining about our room at check in which was right across from the elevator. If you make a reservation at this property and get a room on the second or first floor... More

We stayed 3 nights in a suite. The view was a minor square but you really couldn't use the windows as they had installed a soundproofing secondary window system. That did a very good job of keeping the road noise to a bare minimum, Staff had passable English, were courteous, and didn't stand around waiting for tips. All major sights... More
