The hotel was really nice with nice rooms and classy bathrooms. The room was a bit small but cozy. We struggled to have hot water, but when it was hot it was good. Ok internet, good free breakfast, and good location. A little overpriced though.

There is no heat in the room and there were no portable heaters available. There was no hot water in the morning or in the evening. One night we did have hot water showering in the middle of the night. There are lots of better places to stay in Cusco than the Hotal Rojas.

My first impression of Hostal Rojas was very good. The staff was friendly and welcoming, it is located in the historic section of Cusco and is only a couple blocks from the Plaza de Armas.
