We loved Mercedes, Carmen and team. They picked us up from the airport really really early, had Coca Tea ready for the altitude and shared valuable information about the area. The hotel is beautiful, clean and has a great view of Cusco. It is close to the city centre and plaza de armas. Thank you for a wonderful 3 nights!

THe owner and managers are so helpful and warm - really delightful. The rooms have a lot fo character. Breakfast is brought to the room. THe room can be noisy but that's part of the fun. THe hot water is a little hit and miss. There is no shampoo so bring your own.
