We stayed for 2 nights before and after the Inca Trail. The hostel arranged collection from the airport (for 15 soles) for us. Our room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, although quite cold at night, but at least there was always hot water for the shower. The hostel has a lovely covered courtyard, which unfortunately we backed onto, so... More

We stayed at the WalkonInn for two days in order to acclimate to the altitude before doing the Salkantay trek. We had a double bed room, which was clean and spacious. We had hot water everyday. The wifi internet connection was a little bit capricious but we were not there to browse the Internet! Many people are leaving the hostel... More

Prices we.re a little more than we wanted to pay. Double room with shared bathroom. All pretty basic but nicely presented. Would definitely recommend the breakfast for an extra 10soles per person. Location up a bit of a hill but unless you are in the square, most places are. Twas nice

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The staff were very helpful, they have arranged our taxis several times when we arrived and also when we left. They have also provided us with helpful advice. They stored our bags safely for a day when we went to Machu Picchu and they also gave us free coca tea upon arrival.... More

We booked our room at WalkOnInn two weeks in advance. They did have some problems registering our booking but they finally succeeded. Upon arrival we were notified that we couldn´t get our room with a king size bed, apparently because the last visitor had puked in the bed. Why that hadn´t been fixed six hours after the visitor´s check out... More

Pros - Very helpful staff - Nice breakfast - Nice cozy place upstairs with workstation (internet) - Close to main plaza (5 min walk) Cons - Airport pickup never arrived, we took our own cab after 1 hour wait - Some confusion over booking got us a room without private bathroom. Owner was apologetic and compensated with complimentary breakfast. The... More

We recently stayed at the Walkon Inn. Mark and Luisa are fluent in Spanish and English, hospitable, and concerned that their guests have a good experience. I found the walk up the hill to be very pleasant, and the location 5 minutes from the Plaza de Armas is convenient. It's only a 10 minute walk to Sacsayhuaman should you be... More

We highly recommend this hotel in Cuzco! We spent 2 nights there and were very happy about pretty much everything: beds, staff, breakfast, warm water, cleanliness, computer, awesome view of Cuzco... Backpackers or couples will find everything they need just 5 minutes away from La Plaza des Armas (up a medium hill to stay fit!). At the end, we left... More

This hotel is well located at 5 minutes by walk from the city center. It's a very safe. The hotel is very good for the price in Cusco. It was clean and the breakfast good. The lady at the desk was very helpful. The only down side is that the room was noisy.

We stayed in cusco from monday to sunday at this great hotel. A very helpful staff, cousy common areas, nice room with warm water and comfortable bed made our stay the best of all places visited in Peru. The breakfast buffet was great and we had a 24/7 access to tea, cable-tv and a computer. Walkoninn is situated near the... More
