Incama has the nicest staff as everyone has said. They pick you up from the airport at no cost, are willing to answer all questions and get you whatever you need. a great place to stay in cuzco. friendliest staff we have come across so far and we had a heater in our room for the cold nights. the rooms are lovely and comfortable and clean, with places to sit out and relax. internet, storage, and a great tour comapany too. really really recommend this place
