We found our room very practical and clean. The beds were a bit saggy but comfortable. We rented a 2 room apartment for 3 people. The sleeping arrangements for the 2nd room were upstairs in a loft. The stairwell was a little steep but useable, just be carefull! Breakfast was minimal but good. It consisted of bread, jam, good orange... More

We are staying here for one month and are so happy. Renacimiento is comfortable with all the comforts of home...a small kitchen and comfortable beds. We are upstairs, which I think is better because the sun comes in and warms the house all day and it stays reasonably warm at night (though we are using several warm wool blankets). There... More

200 year old colonial house converted to a small hotel. Great location fairly close to the main square. Much more fun that staying in a typical hotel or motel. I rented the two bedroom apartment for four nights for myself and my daughter. It was like living in a typical Cusco house. However be forewarned that, like most of the... More

The apartment we stayed in had plenty of room for my wife and myself and two teen age sons. The beds were comfortable, although the rooms were a bit chilly at night. Luckily we had plenty of thick alpaca blankets. Mercedes the owner, was incredibly helpful, and even had her friend who owned a local launderette wash our clothes at... More

The hotel is in a nice building w/ a cute courtyard. The staff keeps to themselves, they're not rude but they're not necessarily helpful. It's very dark and cold! The rooms are especially cold in the evenings. There is no sunlight in the rooms. You can find much better accommodations for $60/night. Also, you should know they won't accept your... More

The building is very nice, lots of character. Great location (walking distance from markets, restaurants, etc). The cleanliness was okay. The staff was friendly. It's quiet-allowing you to get rest. The kitchen is simple but useful. There isn't a stove just an electric counter top portable. The main reason I don't think I'd come back is the temperature in the rooms.... More

April 30 - May 5; May 11-12, 2011 This is a lovely old building located a short walk from the action, but in a quiet residential area with fewer tourists. The building has two floors of apartments built around a charming courtyard. Each suite has a small kitchen (fridge, burners, pots and pans, dishes) and a bathroom with hot water.... More

We looked at several of the mini-apartments here before deciding to take one of them for a week only whilst we looked elsewhere. The location is great - safe, not too far to walk to all the main areas of Cusco and very close to the laundries, the market and supermarket - but unfortunately there is very little natural light... I originally booked six evenings at this hotel / apartment and left after one. Lighting was inadequate. The were no comfortable chairs. The room was chilly. Natural light was very limited. Opening and closing room door was a technical hassle do to the flawed design. The kitchen included two hot plates, a microwave and a small fridge. The public computer... More
