This hotel is overpriced, dirty rooms with bedding that does not fit the beds leaving large sections of the mattresses exposed - took an hour and four calls to get sheets onto the beds. Room was cramped and the noise from the casino and the smell of smoke was unbelievable. Great location but if you can, go somewhere else.

Arequipa is spectacular. Hotel is in great location. Walk to Convent of Santa Catalina, Cathedral, main plaza, etc. Had view of Cathedral towers from our very comfortable, newly renovated 5th floor room! Staff was friendly and helpful, even helped plan our trip to Colca Canyon. Complimentary breakfast included eggs, cereals, breads, juices and great coffee!! Will stay there again.

The Crismar hotel is only located two blocks from the Plaza de Armas, making it ideal for walking to restaurants, shopping,etc.... We had a very good time in Peru, but Arequipa was the place to visit, very nice sapanish style city with a beautifull main plaza and the people very helpfull.
