While staying at the lovely Hotel Balcones I suffered from altitude sickness. Henry, the manager, went out of his way to help me in every way possible. I cannot say enough about how he, and the rest of the staff, treated me. GREAT staff. The central location and decor of the hotel make it a great place to stay.
