I love this hotel. The rooms are big and airy and the bed is 6 feet wide so plenty of room to stretch out. The conceriage are extremely helpful and nothing seems too much trouble. My only gripe would be the restraunt. If you go there in the evening the service is painfully slow compared to European standards.

Stayed here as part of a G Adventures tour of the Galapagos. Hotel was VERY nice on the outside and in the lobby, but after that, I felt it was somewhat "meh". The service from every single person we interacted with at this Hilton was a perfect 10. It was the best stay I have ever had at a Hilton. I would recommend this hotel. Every single thing was perfect.

I am very disappointed with this hotel. I lost my I lost my Iphone or it was stolen and I reported but the staff didn't care or was not willing to help. They didn't check the video cameras and the only thing that I got was an email saying that they didn't find it.
