Great location in Providencia -beautiful neiberghood- a few blocks from the metro. Not super clean , but with a very friendly staff

they told us about a beautiful room but we had an horrible one, they told us it was just for one night but the day after because of a problem they couldn't change our room...so we left: we pay a lot for a night in an old dirty and bad place.Terrible organization and accomodation...and the breakfast was...unforgettable :(

I stayed at Atacama Hostel with my former partner last month and was severely scalded on 50% of my back by hot water from their shower. The shower flashed me with hot water, which was near its boiling temperature, and because the bathrooms themselves are quite dirty and unsafe, I fell across the bathroom floor into a pool of boiling... More

the bad stuff: 1. they showed us a nice spacious double room and we agreed on a price. later that day they contacted me and said that the room was actually booked for someone. so we got a different, much smaller room for an expensive price. not nice but this is ok, an honest mistake that could happen to anyone.... More
