I stayed here a few years ago and do not intend to return, not because of any alleged shortcomings (reported by others on this site) but mainly because the place is such a monstrous eyesore on the Santiago landscape. From the outside, with its neo-brutalist architecture, it looks more like a military facility than a hotel.

Good location next to a highway that leads to the airport. Close to a shopping centre. Decent rooms, good service and nice onsite restaurants with good food and excellent wine selection. Reasonably priced.

Areally Good Hotel Great service, if you wake up early you will wake up to a nice piano melody been played in the lobby. The restaurants in the hotel are really good specially the sushi one!

This hotel is great. The Spa Staff does an execellent service for massage and facial massage is worth the money. The hotel is designed great.
