This hotel had good and bad points. If I wanted a room in central Santiago again I’d consider returning because the location is so convenient. The good - well located for my tourism stay in Santiago: (a) there is a Turbus terminal nearby in Moneda St and one of the airport link bus routes starts & terminates there; (b) the... More

This is a modest, clean, centrally located high-rise hotel frequented by budget-minded travelers. It seemed pretty full during our stay of about one week in Nov. & Dec., 2011. This hotel is conveniently close to most of Santiago´s major sights—the wonderful Pre-Columbian art museum, lovely municipal theater, Plaza de Armas, La Moneda, Barrio Paris-Londres. The hotel is only 5 blocks... More

We chose this hotel based on the generally complimentary reviews we had read. Unfortunately, our experience was not that good. The hotel is quite shabby and desperately in need of refurbishment. The bed linen on the twin beds in our room was too small for the beds, so within minutes it was in disarray. The air conditioner was the "in... More

Great hotel and good value. Room was excellent - only fault was not quite enough heating Staff were lovely and helped me out - instructing taxi drivers etc so I could get places I wanted to go even with my lack of Spanish. This is in a business district and it was hard to find dinner out on Saturday and... More

We spent two lovely nights at this boutique hotel. The equipment in the room was magnificent. Fluffy white towels and face washers and quality shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. The proprietor was well informed and helpful and quick to see needs. The breakfast was delicious but receptionist in here wasn’t helpful so much, we ordered 2 bottles milk and waited... More

really good price for a good hotel, very helpful, good location. Really small rooms (like Paris or New York), but ok. Good breakfast buffet! Not really a designer hotel, but everything you need. Free WIFI in lobby and rooms.

Location of this hotel is in the center of the city. Rooms were newly renovated and comfy with large new beds. We stayed here twice, with a week inbetween. In our first room aircon was a bit noisy in the second it was good. On our second stay the floor in our room was not clean - we had to... More

We travelled with Celebrity Infinity from Miami through the Panama to Valparaiso Chile. At this time we walked with our cases on wheels to the bus Terminal which is about three easy blocks to walk. We caught the Tur Bus, which was clean and comfortable. The cost was $7 approx, this took us on about an hour and fourty minute... More

Situated in the middle suburb of Santiago, a couple of blocks from both Plaza de Armas and La Moneda (Presidential Palace), this hotel was walking distance to most attractions. Walkable distance to main road and metro station for easy public transport to other suburbs. Staff were friendly and several could speak excellent English - those who didn't, still tried their...
