We arrived late at night, about 11:30 pm. The reception is on the 17 floor. The receptionist was waiting for us, very nice. (Nelson). But I found the people that lives in the biulding to be very strange.

Good location in the center of the city. Clean rooms with small kitchen, however rather small. All essentials are here and in good quality. Difficult to find the entrance as their is no sign of the hotel downstairs. It is located in a big building with much other companies, apartments.etc.. Price vs quality, this is a good deal.
