“Hmmmmmm, it is ok but it might be better!”

This place is well located and the apartment (x 3/4 persons) in general is quite big. However it seems to be rather not very well maintained. Everything in this place "might be better" : The staff and the service, the maintenance, the cleanliness and specially the sleep quality.

The Bella Vista area of Santiago is a good location for tourists, however this residence is very, very basic. Parking provided. Staff disinterested and uninformative at best. Good honest accommodation. As always things are never quite as flash as the photos but still comfortable and what we needed. We stayed at the Bellevista Travel suites for 4 nights. PROS: Great location to lots of shops, cafes and restaurants. Fantastic large balcony over looking the mountain and city.
