Service is great and when you're in the lobby area seems like you're at home. The room is very nice decorated and clean. Location is great. I was working for 1 or 2 hours when they offered me some tea and cookies.

Stayed here for 2 nights in May 2013. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. Close to great restaurants and the subway. The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms are not large, and the hotel doesn't have many amenities. But everything (bedding, furniture) is high quality and extremely well maintained. Highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed for three nights. Great hotel, comfortable rooms, exceptionally helpful staff and a great introduction to Santiago. Great help and information on restaurants, tours, transfers, transport. We stayed in this hotel for three nights. The people working there Were very polite and helpful. The hotel is located in a nice area surrounded by nice Restaurants and shops. The breakfast was very basic. With the same amount of money we could have stayed in a much better hotel with gym,Room service, view etc.
