The hostel is cheap and well located, but the bathrooms and showers are horrible. There is no ventilation in the rooms.

I was at Footsteps last july/2011. Look like they have some problems with the reservation system, I asked for a private room with bathroom, but need to wait in another one, a shared room, for 3 nights before get it, and others people there had similar problems. Just as i arrived in Santiago I went down to Footsteps... Just as i arrived there, people were warm and nice.
